Wyoming Region F

My partners and I have successfully hunted Region H for 9 of the last 10 years but this year we got drawn for Region F. We are looking for any suggestions about public access lands to hunt Mule Deer without a guide. We work for our bucks, are seasoned hunters and certainly not road hunters. Can anyone provide some suggestions as to where to hunt?

We've hunted F on and off for about 15 years, when we couldn't draw anything else. It is weather dependent, not many deer early in the season. A little snow will bring the does and little bucks down, hope for a lot of snow around Halloween and hunt the last week. We have killed a few big bucks, but a standard 24" 4x4 is a shooter in F. Plenty of public land on North Fork and South Fork without going into Wilderness where you would need a guide. Oh yeah, bring pepper spray for the grizzlies.
