NM Archery Bull # 1(pics)

I received these pictures through an e-mail that had been forwarded so many times between BLM & F.S. Depts. etc but at the bottom of the forwards, found this info. Maybe someone down there in NM can shed some light on it.
The statement says; "This Bull was taken off the Hubble ranch with Black Mountain Outfitters on Sept. 12, 2004. Green scored 427-3/8's and potential pending #1 NM Archery Typical. Without the 7th kickerpoint on the one side, this Bull had the potential to be the #1 Typical in the world. There are still a few Rifle tags available for the Oct. hunt on this ranch. Contact Tom McReynolds." end of statement.
