Needed Columbian Blacktail

Ok, I need some help from my Cali hunting brotherin. All I need to complete my Deer Slam is my Columbia Blacktail. I live in Fresno. What areas can I apply for that will be good draw odds to complete my slam? I was fortunate enough to get my coues buck in southern AZ this Nov. I would like to get a Ca Columbia buck to finish my slam. Anyone who can point me in the right direction? I apprecaite any help I can get. New Ca resident.

Not a whole lot of drawings for pure blacktail. One muzzleloader hunt up north and two archery hunts. The rest are general tags, northern part of A zone and all the B zones. Lots of deer but you would increase your chance at a real nice buck on private land. Check the B&C Record book for the counties with the most entries. Good luck.
