Turkey Skinning?

Does anyone have any insight on the proper way to skin a turkey for a full mount? I know the best way is to just take the whole turkey into the taxidermist and have him do it, but I am interested in how to do it myself. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

If I were you i wouldn't chance learning how to skin it on your turkey. I would practice on some ducks that you don't care about. It would be a shame to ruin your turkey.
