unit 8 bulls az

anybody know if the elk are up in pines yet or if there still down in the ceders. i have been on a deer hunt in 10 and have'nt had a chance to see since this last storm. not looking for any spots or anything.i lived in unit 8 for 24 years so i know it.
anyone from flag?
