if you want to see this bull in the flesh so to speak, it is hanging in the hardware store in castledale, utah.

Thanks 264mag I wish I knew more about computers.
It is hanging in the Jones ACE Hardware on main in Castle Dale Ut.
It is also the cover of Kings 2005 BUCKS &BULLS calander,And also in the 2005 elk calander.
You can also see the hunt(with the kill shot.)on Utah's raging bulls vidio.
Brian was attending Snow collage trying to get into pharmacy school when he drew the tag.A friend from Ferron found the bull again the nite before the hunt.Eric Luke and Brian found him the next morning and filmed the kill about 7:15. sep 13th.This bull was vidioed 3 days ,1 day and the morning of the hunt.He had cows with him each time .But he never bugled once.
This is the first typical bull to net over 400 inches in Utah I hope it's not the last.
Brian had 10 points and the bull aged in at 9 1/2 years old,
so it was born the year Brian was old enough to start putting
in the draw.( kinda cool)
He hunted elk alot. And had killed a 5 pt. rag and several cows
before this.
His mom, dad, and little brother have all killed bulls over 300 inches, but nobody dreamed this would ever happen. When he drew
he just wanted to get a bull that was respectable. But he said
he could be happy with this one.

Hope you enjoy and I DRAW OUT NEXT YEAR!!!!

Brian is attending the Univ. of Montana where he was accepted into the pharmacy school.

Now THAT'S a bull! Thanks for sharing the pics. I never had the pleasure of seeing them before.

That has to be the finest bull I've ever seen. Absolutely perfect 6x6. That's my dream bull :)

All those non-typicals with all the trash take a back seat to this one any day in my book.

Cheers,
Pete

thank you 338 & 264....nice pics and nice story....congratulations to brian on a fine animal....

I remember the story but never saw the these pics. Thanx for posting. Thats an AWESOME bull.

Thanks for your nice comments

A question?
In the B&C record book where will this bull rank in straight
6x6 typical.I think the #2 typical 6x6 in the world was a san carlos 6x6 killed last year and it netted 210 & change. so where will 402 4/8 6x6 rank?
Also I'll get the score sheet and post measurments. So now you have the gross & net see if you can fill in the blanks on the score sheet.

Ya, I'm impressed. And I don't, even like elk. Congratulations on a great bull. And you're young enough you might even draw another tag.
