"Here is Mikes elk! He was in Saskatchewan Canada last week and killed the 2nd largest book elk in the world. Scoring 466 inches and an 8 x 8 this is an incredible animal!! He has a great story to tell about his trek with this bull elk. His brother in law, Brad also had a great hunt with an elk in the top 15 world book.

Enjoy the pictures!"

LAST EDITED ON Dec-18-04 AT 07:49PM (MST)[p]that thing is ridiculous. guess i'm not a good judge of elk, but that doesn't look like 466" of antler. not calling anyone a liar, it's still scary big, just doesn't look as big as it scores.

thanks for posting them cass.

LAST EDITED ON Dec-18-04 AT 10:40PM (MST)[p]I don't think that thing has a prayer at 466, no way. And his relative takes one on the same hunt that will go top 15? In saskatchewan? Do they have wild elk? Smells kinda game farmy to me, but hell, you're all about game farm elk anyways Cass.

Cass, just what book are you reffering to? What is the "world book"? Nice elk ,but I do think all Sask elk are farmed, but I could be wrong.

I don't know man,
I just posted what I've heard, Don't critisize me jack off, I have no idea but what you read, what You read is what I know.

must be the game farm book cuz it's obviously typical and B&C #1 and #2 are 442-5/8 and 442-3/8. Must be the Cass factor. Why when you have pictures of such a huge elk do you HAVE to add some BS factor?

The hell are you talking about man? I even quoted you the email I was sent, I told you EXACTLY what I was told. Kiss my rear end d13.

Read my post Cass, I wasn't criticizing you until now "JACK OFF". You spoke with such authority on the subject, all I asked was which book.

In the future, if you don't know, just say here are some pics of a nice bull.

Saskatchewan is well known for farming elk, however, there are five bulls from Sask listed in B&C. The largest is 389-5/8, so maybe it is a legit bull. But I think that score you quoted must be using the metric system, after all it is Canada.

MrBait, Im sorry I wasn't refering to you. I didn't Reply with the quote, I was talking to d13.

Cass,

Don't listen to what these jealous people have to say... That is a HOG of a BULL and there are no two ways about it.

Great bull tell your buddy congrats.

Just got an email from a friend at Boone and Crockett. It's a farm bull. Big suprise.

man that bull is nice but iam with everybody else that he wont score 466,, his main beams look way to short,,,,but a nice bull and he probably cost that guy a lot of money,,, cbryant

To each their own type of hunt. That is still an impressive bull. How much does a bull like that cost?

fair chase is the only way to hunt! still he's a big bull. not the bulls fault that guy can't hunt outside the fence.

Here, you can come get my bull for only $4 a pound. By the way, he is only 2500 lbs and you have to kill him with a hammer!

LAST EDITED ON Dec-22-04 AT 08:03AM (MST)[p]Anyone seen that beer commercial where the dude uses the rock shaped hide-a-key to hide his beer? Then he uses a huge one to hide his pizza? I wonder if they make those rocks for hunters. . . maybe thats what it was in that picture. Could be thats what this his next to the bulls arse.

Those elk would not be taken off of ranches. It would be indian reserves that the indians guide out, and we arent allowed to hunt indian reserves without permission.
