406" North Cache Bull

I met the guy that shot the 406" 7x7 on the North Cache this fall, and I saw some pictures of the bull floating around in emails. I have since heard several nasty rumors about when the bull was killed, etc. Personally I think it might just be sour grapes since I have heard two totally different stories about how this hunter did something wrong. I wondered if anybody knew anything that was substantial? Thanks.

i also heard that he did something wrong, one of my co-workers told me that he only took the back straps and left the front and rear quarters to rot. i dont know if its true. i hope someone will confirm this question.

BASTARD

I actually saw the carcass of this bull, and nothing looked wastefull to me. I saw it on the way into my muzzy deer area. I was a couple days later than my buddies and they actually spoke to the guy which was then hunting deer in the same area. He said that it scored 406, and it turned out being the same bull that we saw more than once the year before. It was a huge bull and I would live to see the pictures. If anybody has them to email to me I would be very grateful.

Thanks, Byron
