Anyone hunt nine mile area in utah???

I was wondering if anyone hunts or has hunted the nine mile area in utah. I do and would like to talk about this year and last years deer and elk hunts thanks

I scouted a little bit there last year for the LE Elk Hunt, and really liked the area. I was actually going to spend a little time there during the hunt, but they did the prescribed burn during the LE Elk HUnt and had the entire Canyon closed down. I spoke with some of the Forest Service guys who said that the elk were congregating in the burned areas as soon as the fire were extinguished in certain places, but the canyon remained closed until ALL the fires were out.

It seemed like some AWESOME country to hunt in. I ended up huting up 12 mile and took a decent bull up there.

Yea I remember seeing that fire during the hunts but were I hunt is more west of that at the start of the canyon I love the country up there to especially when you get way up there
