It's been floating around other sites. From what I know, these were shot in Iowa, all within 1 square mile. Don't jump on me about that......I'm just passing along what I read. :)

LAST EDITED ON Mar-11-05 AT 06:21AM (MST)[p]THE GUY THAT STOOD THE POWER POLE HAD THE SAME LEVEL!!!

THATS ABOUT AS PHONY OF A DOCTORED PICTURE AS I'VE SEEN!!!

THE ONLY bobcat NOT BUYING THE BS!!!

Phony? Don't think so. There were some other photos I've seen where they had the bucks laid out on the lawn. I believe they did mention Iowa and it looks like bluff country along the Northeast/east side of Iowa.

LAST EDITED ON Mar-11-05 AT 09:25AM (MST)[p]No blood or wounds visible anywhere on the deer, no tongues partially hanging out at all. Ears are also nearly all perked up. My dead deer never look like that and their ears always droop. I vote doctored.

I just had that pic given to me by a friend who works in alaska. He said that it was a friend of his who works up there and each year he travels back to iowa to hunt his families farm. I forwarded it to another buddy and now it showed up here. Damn good pics travel fast..lol I dont have a clue if its been doctored or not though and dont know the guy myself. Gary

I was thinking western Pennsyltucky...anyways, fell of my chair on middleton's post...good stuff

LAST EDITED ON Mar-15-05 AT 10:33PM (MST)[p]Sorry guys I don't think the photos is "doctored" that the way deer ears hang after they been up on a meat pole and froze solid, the ear always point down because the deer are hung by the back legs before the freeze. Frozen deer stack just like the picture shows. Those deer look like typical every day deer for whitetails in corn country, a few 130-160 class deer. I bet there are a few bigger ones taken in the same area each year. Most farmers know pretty much where the deer hang out on the farm so having several relatives out to hunt is a big deal for family get togethers.
