A big fat ram, 20 yds off the hwy, in an open area, I think during an open season.

This is a cell phone pic.


Probably 50 to a hundred tourists raced by while I was trying to get a pic, I don't think a single one saw him.
 
They must be licking up the salt for the roadways,

I was born and raised in tornado alley, and I've never seen one.


I have been in two earth quakes though.
 
Great pics. I was out of town when the tornado came through, but it came very close to my house. So many Wyoming photos..

I've always liked this one. I call it "Three Amigos". Wish I'd be able to get closer...

A Wolf crossed an opening three miles up that valley....a couple hours ago, we're hoping the whole family will come out in the open to play.

Small world huh? My brother and I drove by that exact stuffed animal marker a day or two ago! And it looks like we live fairly close also!

Is he a full curl?


Is he a shooter?


I'm not a sheep nut, my impression is that he is a little young.
 
If he isn't a full curl, he's close to it and it doesn't even look like he's brooming his horns they're so wide and look sharp. I'd have to see another a lot bigger real quick if I had a tag or he'd be eating lead!
 
Here's another one that's probably a year or two away from being a shooter.

But he was on the side of the tourist hwy, in broad daylight, during open season, and on the uphill side of the road.


Might be tough to pass on him.

Might be? We headed east out of Cokeville one morning and drove past this pond. Had a couple of locals with us or it might have gotten ugly ;-)
