I'll be hunting in Unit 43 this year with archery equipment. If any of you folks can give me a tip or two about this unit, please send me a PM.

Anybody know how hard 43 gets hit during archery season? The Unit is awfully riddled with trails, seems like there'd be guys in every drainage?

True there are alot of trails, but surprisingly the unit doesn't get hit that hard. It is very thick with alot of buck brush. I think that is the reason for the lack of pressure. The thick brush can actually be your friend in archery as the bulls have to get close to check out your calls.
