My dad and brother-in-law hunted there 3 years ago. It was unlimited and either sex I believe. They didn't see an elk! Thats one hunt I'm glad I didn't partake in but they are 68 and 55 respectively. They told me all of the elk were on private land. They also said it was mostly desert. I suggest you find green on the map and hunt as high as possible. If I remember right, the seccess rate was in the mid-teens so there must be some elk there.
I hope I'm talking about the right unit. I remember it's just above Unit 15 so I thought it would be good.
