Rut in full swing 15000 bugles today

I have been filming elk in SW Colo since June
and the rut is at its peak the last few days.
Been getting up to 15000 bugles per day out
of a herd of 800 with 100 bulls in a basin
12000-13000 feet.From 7-10 AM getting 2000
bugles per hour and the evening from 4-7.
All night I hear bugles from my tent but
at daybreak the numbers pick up greatly.
Bulls the last 2 days are mounting cows
with penetration and rear feet leaving the
ground which indicates conception. Best
bull in the basin is a 320. Remember this is
Colo and we have sold out our wildlife to

Conception means that the cows eggs were successfully fertilized
by the bulls sperm. How the hell can you tell that by their
"feet leaving the ground"? To me "feet leaving the ground"
means the bull had a good time or it was a really tall cow ???
Don't mean to be a pesimest, just wondering. Lets hope all the cows are making woopie and coneiveing.

I doubt we'll get too many pics out of this as he doesn't want to give the area away. I can understand and respect that. But then he also said the permits have been sold out to business interest or something like that so who knows if this is private or what the hell. I think it might be in unit 76 though or close by.
