I got lucky!!

Saturday afternoon I got away for a couple of hours and went cruising the hills looking for some horns. When it was almost dark, I found a brown raghorn five point in the brush, nothing special, but at least I found one. I looked for the other one, but I didn't have much time and didn't find it. Today I was working in the area and when i was done, I decided to look for the other horn. I turned off of the main road onto a two track to get a little closer to where I found the horn on Saturday when I caught a glimpse of something shiny out in the brush. I backed up and there was an antler about 50 feet off the road. I picked it up and it was the mate to the one I had found on Saturday! It was about a half mile and 600 feet lower than where I found the first one. I'd say I was lucky to find it at all because this hill is covered with sagebrush that's 2two feet tall, let alone while driving through it.

Great story, I love it when luck shines your way. What would make the story even greater would be some pictures.
