I drew this early bull hunt for this area, it starts Nov. 12th. Not sure where to go this time of year. I've spent a lot of time there in September during the rut. I'm not sure where to go when the snow flies and where to get away from the crowds?

LAST EDITED ON Nov-22-05 AT 01:13AM (MST)[p]Hunt was over on the second morning, I found a good spot with a lot of elk and zero hunting pressure. Seen about 80 elk and close to 20 bulls. Went back the next morning and shot a good 6 point with only a couple inches missing off of one point. It took almost two hours to hike up to where he bedded down. It was a quick, but fun hunt. I'll get pics developed tomorrow and post some in the next day or two. Thank you to everyone who was willing to share info with me, you know who you are, I really appretiate it. If I can ever be of any help just let me know.

Congrats! It is tough to draw a great tag and get it over so quick, "do I or don't I shoot this one" is a common theme on a hunt like that. Don't want to eat that tag tough. They are hard to digest. Can't wait to see the pictures.
