wyoming bulls

Post up some pic's. I know a number of large bulls have come out of area 19 this year, but no one wants to brag because its a super secret elk area. I heard a 400 class bull was shot in Sunlight Basin off N. Crandall Ck. near the Yellowstone park border about 2 weeks ago. Apparently a guy from Oregon popped it. They'd been watching it inside the park for several hours. It started to feed down a draw and shortly after it crossed the border, it got whacked.

Waiting for the ok to post a 454 gross non-typical. He has an extra point that is 34 inches long cominf off his right side between his g1 and g2. This bull is amazing, I just don't want to piss off the guy who killed the bull and post without his permission.

LOL, Tripple_B, my cousin shot the "nice bull" off of area 19, he wont be on here with it at least saying were he got it....Our party had 100% there, 2 with a bow and 3 with rifle...I shot a small 5X5, but it was my first elk and I am happy~

The bull was killed somewhere around cody. The guy was with his brother on a sheep hunt when they found this bull.

The nice bull I was referring to was a 370 - 380 gross bull that came off the 3rd range in 19. A friend who archery & rifle hunted deer in 66 told me several 300 class bulls came off Muddy during the archery and rifle seasons. I know the area and I'm betting your cousin's was one of them...

I have pics of my cousins, but I can not figure out how to post them let alone email them do to size....I am asking my dad...He did arrow his I think it was in the 350 range....

The Cody area has a bunch of units around it. Depending on which way you go. Units 51/52/53/55/56/121. All units are good, some better than other. I tried to draw in these areas for 3 years unsuccessfully. I decided to move to Cody...now I don't have to draw. The first week of the elk season was great. We had snow and cold temps and the elk were really moving. The last two weeks of the season were terrible, with hot weather and the elk headed back to Yellowstone.

i live in powell 30 miles south of cody. have you been seeing any monsters in the back of trucks. i got a 6x6 during archery and my dad got a small five by five. the snow really helped out for us to. bulls were moving every wear and were really fired up for the rut. i noticed they were starting to get in herd and were starting to breed.
