Just a quick question to any elk hunter that hunt in this area. I have been doing a lot of map scouting and I keep comming back to a certain area that is in the Mt. Emmons area. I was just curious what the elk herds are like. Is there good numbers do the elk tend to be scattered because of all the water. What elevation do they normaly like etc.
