Here's my brother's bull from 2005. I'm finally getting around to posting the pics. This is the first elk he has ever killed! Not the biggest bull on the mountain, but not too bad for starters I'd say!

Looks like the twin to my first bull that I got this year. Except that your brothers bull didn't break off his left main beam right after his fourth while rolling down the mountain after he shot him, lol. Congrats on a nice first bull. fatrooster.

Thanks guys, I'll let him know ya'll thought he did pretty good. The bull was taken in Central Utah. I thought the photos turned out awesome too, for some reason when I posted them they show up a bit on the dark side?? Anyway, thanks again!

LAST EDITED ON Dec-02-05 AT 09:46PM (MST)[p]Yup, he's a Nebo bull. Tough hunt this year! The bulls were pretty quiet, and were not responding to calls either. Not to mention it was HOT!!! Bad timing for the rut! The pack out wasn't too bad. I got him quartered up and we loaded him up on the horses. It went pretty smooth. If he would have made it 15 more yards we would have been in a world of hurt though. Luckily he kept shootin' till he went down! Thanks again guys!
