HOW MANY HUNTERS HAVE 12 POINTS???

HOW MANY HUNTERS HAVE 11 POINTS???

HOW MANY HUNTERS HAVE 10 POINTS???

COMPARE THE ELK POINTS TO THE DEER POINTS HOLDERS!!!

IS THERE A CHART THAT LISTS THE SAME FOR 2003-2004???

I'D LIKE TO COMPARE NUMBERS WITH MAX POINT HOLDERS!!!

If I remember right, there was about 520(?) max point people last year. I am wanting to say it dropped about 150 people last year.

I always figured after I got to about 5-7 points, being in the max pool, I would draw. Well look at me now! I put in for pronghorns.;-)

By looking at the chart, does it seem to you, that the once-in-a-lifetime hunts are much easier to draw? Is this attributed to the fact that dual applications are accepted for the deer, elk, and antelope.

I think by trying to analyze the points right down to the exact tags and applicants is crazy. Too much changes. If garth says it is good then by all means don't do it! It is luck, unless you get to the point I have. What is the difference between 1:25 and 1:21? Not much. Not enough to pull your hairs out over.

Thats what I thought, 6 years later, no pronghorn tag!!!

I have 13 elk points. I am so tired of being rejected, I decided I would go for a pronghorn tag with 0 points and leave the elk for someone else.;-) Antelope should be easier to draw. Right?

Dont forget that the F&G does award people extra free points in rare cases ... so the number of people with points in a tier doesnt always diminish.

Its always good to keep an eye open on whos getting free points.

Free points?!?!?!?

Could you expand on that Dallan. About 5-7 years ago some guys had more than max points because they got awarded points for errors, but according to the DWR, that practice was to cease.

Do you know any examples recently?

It would be SO MUCH EASIER if you just caught someone poaching, then you could have the TAG OF YOUR CHOICE!!!

BESS have 13 as nr should be going hunting this year! KTC you a resident?By the way BESS might be bringing my mule called "ATV" with me please don't try tuneing on Her she get's cranky.LOL!Good luck with the draw everyone. MO
