Cow Elk Hunt

I am looking for a cow elk hunt for my dad. He is getting up in age and is no longer able to pursue a bull elk. He does however love elk meat (don't we all!) He is looking to do a cow elk hunt that has easy to moderate terrain (a ranch possibly). Anyone have any suggestions of ranchers to contact for this?

Not sure which state you want to go to but an easy road hunt would be to contact the Jicaria Indian Res.

I believe current rates are $600 for the tag and $250/day for a guide.
