Anyone willing to share advice on what units would be best for a non-resident muzzle loader bull elk hunt. I am looking for myself and my 13 year old son. Would be willing to pay trespass fee if necessary.

No point system in NM , just a plane jane lotto drawing , if your drawn then ya go , if not , welp theres next year . Its alot better to be lucky than good eh...

the unit2 hunt is a pretty good muzzle hunt. there is also some great hunts that a guy can get on private land if your willing to pay the landowner fee. shoot me a pm if you want some details.
