How does New Mexico's draw work? Is it like utah's where they take the money out a week or two before they post the results or is the money taken out after the results come out? Just want to make sure I have the 800 dollars in my checking account in case I get lucky and draw.

They run the cards as the draw occurs. If you get a unit, they will run the card. If no $$ on the card you will lose out and they will go to the next application.

Well the draw results for new mexico will be posted online June 21st!! maybe that will give you a general time when they might take out the money probably during the month of june

Funny thing happend last year. Drew Valle Vidal and didn't check my cc. they ran my card the day after it closed the month so it wasn't on my statement. didn't check the results - really wrote off drawing the day I put in. finally found out when outfitters started sending me letters for guide service - July 10th-ish. threw away the first one without reading it. this year i will check my credit card. put my daughter in for the same tag.

CC hits do occur before stated draw result date, so you can find out earlier of you drew, I did, and by amount charged I knew I draw my third choice since first 2 were higher costs!
