Colorado Unit 20 1/6-1/1707 late hunt ?

Could be good..can you get up and scout?
Jeff Coldwell could point you in a good direction but.......

Lived in 20 for eight years. Lots of private land with lots of tree huggers. Knew two guys that hunted that same season in the 90's both took hogs. Dunraven drainage to the North is probably your best bet if you are looking for public land.

Good Luck

Scott Limmer has an outfit in that unit. He is a great guide and has access to private property if the snow drives the bulls out of the park and toward the lower ground. Be in shape!!! This hunt is not a "seat of your pants" type of hunt. Expect a bull in the 300" to 350" range as realistic. Some are taken that are larger but seldom. Later dates on this hunt should help with the snow. Look on the outfitters assoc. web-site for Comanche Wilderness Outfitters, Scott Limmer, I would recommend him highly.

Put a call into Comanche, Waiting for the info back.
Thanks for the info guys!

I'm a food slave so i work seven days a week, will not be able to scout until i get to go.

Been drawn for Montana as well! and have Landowner tag for N.M.

Waiting for Ariz, and Nev. and of course my probable up-coming divorce papers!

What about estes park outfitters?

I guided for Limmer for antelope for the past 2 years and he seems like a nice guy but when talking to other people about him some folks really dont like him at all.
I cant say much about Estes Park outfitters as I have only seen their website and them sitting at a booth at the Denver ISE. COUld be good as I havent heard any bad about them!
Too bad about the divorce!!
