drew Nevada 161-164 late tag

I finally drew a tag for Nevada, and would like to make the most of it. Any info on the quality of bulls and numbers one usually can expect to see in this unit. Also, will go guided as I am a long ways from Nevada. Any suggestions please email me at [email protected]. Thanks for the help.

THAT IS A FANTASTIC TROPHY BULL TAG YOU DREW, HOLD OUT..WAY OUT. LOTS OF GOOD OUTFITTERS, A COUPLE NOT SO GOOD IN THE AREA. DO LOTS OF HOME WORK BEFORE YOU DECIDE....400 BULL VERY POSSIBLE. WILL IT BE JUST YOU AND THE GUIDE, OR A BIG PARTY ??? CONGRATS, DARRELL. YD.

I hunted the late hunt for cow quite a few years ago. They were in the thick PJ during November. Your probabbly wise to get a guide as it can be tough.

That is a covetted tag. It should be a fun hunt!!!!! Lots of bulls, and a lot of good bulls. There was a bull taken out of the Monitors in 1999 that scored 425 and 3/8. Bulls of that caliber are still roaming up there and in other places of that unit.

i also have drawn a late tag for 161-164. the early hunt was my first choice, however, and with fourteen bonus points i thought i couldn't miss. guess i was wrong. checked through every name on the web twice. seems that out of the 33 tags issued for our hunt their will be seven ladies afield with tags. will be interesting to see how they do. drop me a line at [email protected] if you want to chat.
