Thought that I would inform those of you that put in for the Arizona Big Draw that there are problems that are being worked out by the AZ G&F.

An update for Arizona Game and Fish Department hunting customers regarding the online fall hunt application process

There were some instances where fall big game draw applicants completed their online application but did not receive a confirmation page or confirmation number. Customers who experienced this situation may be wondering if they have a valid application in the draw.

Those applications were directed to a ?pending file.? The Arizona Game and Fish Department is actively checking each application in the pending file and contacting those applicants to ensure that they will have a completed application in the draw.

If you would like to verify your online application was received, or if you'd like to review the information you submitted, you can access it on a secured page on the department's Web site. Go to azgfd.gov/draw and click on the ?Review your fall 2006 big game hunt online application? link. A secured page will appear where you can select the ?Review Application(s)? option. You can then access your information either by entering your confirmation number, or by entering either your department ID number, social security number, or first and last name, and then entering your date of birth. The system will let you access your information for any application on which your name was submitted.

There were also some instances where customer credit cards were charged more than once. Although this was not a common occurrence, we encourage applicants to check their credit card statements. The department is aggressively working to reconcile any instances where this happened.

If you can't access your application information in the system, or if your credit card has been charged more than once, please contact the department at (602) 942-3000 and ask the operator for the draw section.

We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced, and appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Thank you.
