LAST EDITED ON Jul-18-06 AT 12:05PM (MST)[p]I live in unit 50. What do you need to know? I hunt it every year.

Just wondering on the amount of private property? I was told alot of the bulls hang on the p.p. and the land around there is fairly open. One guy told me that most of the elk hang in pretty big groups and are hard to call too or in. Wondering if any thick country or places to get away from the poeple. The spot I hunt now is getting over ran with elk campers!!!! Just to many people for me, looking to get away from the people and roads. I have horse, motor cycles ,bikes and two feet that are not afrade to hike. Just looking for a start! I am not for sure going to hunt over there this year. The elk will be call before we know it and I need to start scouting. My choses are 19a, 50, 67, 27, or 31. Any help would be appreciated, starting points, trail heads, basin, or even one tied to a tree. Thanks for the response. I am only 2.5 hours away. Please pm if you like so the world doesn't know. Thanks again!

Pre64 don't mind the wolves they can be still photoed!!!!, The people kill me though, They here a call and they come running. It sucks.
