looking for uni brow

I'm looking for a certain individual I met in the Unitahs in Utah last year during the Youth hunt. This man had a very distinct uni brow and was proud of it. He works for the Syracuse parks and recreation I think. I would like to get in touch with him. Does anyone know the Uni brow guy I'm talking about? Thanks
