some may say that sounds to high.
but look at it realisticaly.
all the hunters combined in colorado only see a total of 1/20 of the elk.
Those old bulls most of which die of old age,
back in some hell hole, never get seen.
we think here in iowa we are evendated with deer and our heard is only 200,000 +.
but then we can drive to almost every squair mile and survay the ground.
for every elk you would find in az you will find 10 in co.
so you tell me.
