I'm planning a first season rifle hunt in unit 66 and I wondering if anyone on this site has hunted there before. Not looking for details just general information.
1.Two areas I'm considering are Fish Canyon or Mineral Creek; anyone ever hiked or hunted in these areas?
2. What elevation are the elk normally hanging out in?
3. What kind of vegetation is present along the north slope areas in this region?
