AZ Archery bull one week later good or bad?

So what do all of you elk experts think?

From a purely scientific view, being that I am no expert on ELk hunting and the seasons for the same, and in light of the Global warming as reported and discussed by many on this site, later is probably better because it will start after the first day of fall so it will be getting cooler and the rut temp will feel more like rut weather before all this global warming thing.

Really you are only hunting one week of the archery season late. The first week of the season will be like hunting the second week in previous years. In my experience, the second week has usually been the best, so the first week this year might be pretty darn good.

STUPID BLOND HER TOOK A RIFFLE TAG THIS YEAR WHICH DOESNT START TILL OCT 21, I DIDNT THINK ABOUT THE DATES JUST REMEMBERED RIFFLE STARTED THE DAY AFTER ARCHERY, BUT IT IS A 2 MONTH HUNT. AND IVE GOT A TAG! SO IM STILL GOING WITH THE MATHEWS, BUT I HAVE A CHOICE. IT IS A HARD HUNT AREA. I DID HEAR THEM STARTING TO BUGLE LAST WEEKEND WHEN I WAS OUT THERE.
