Well gentlemen its on! I personally dont have a tag, but went over east to help out a buddy and the bulls were hearding up cows and screaming all weekend.

LAST EDITED ON Sep-10-06 AT 10:37PM (MST)[p]Had a buddy stalk in on a monster over here, but his shooting lane was clear at standing heighth, but not at shooting level, he said one of the bigger ones he had seen!! I am off as of midnight tonight, and have all next week to find me one!! Just have to work a stand during the Round-up, but the evenings are mine!!

Had a big bull(for this area) screaming for 3 nights last week in the northern cascades and could never seal the deal. Had him within 40 yards about 6 times, but it's beyond thick up there and I only got one good look at him. Broadside at 50 yards and he turned straight away before I could shoot. Think I may have pressured him too much. He was not around yesterday morning. Going to go back tomorrow night and see if he is back before I head to the east side for the last 9 days of the season. Don't expect to see anything close to this guy where we are going, but there are lots of small bulls.
