Just got an e-mail from G&F about road closures in 16A and other areas. 16A has about 15% of the area closed to vehicles from the fire and rains. Hunting is still allowed with horses and on foot. There is a map of the restricted areas on the G&F web site. www.wildlife.state.nm.us. Who has been in 16A that can give an update to those of us going there this fall? I have first rifle Oct. 14. Perhaps it will dry out by then.
