My good friend (she is 14) has a youth any bull tag that ends on the 26th.
We hunted opening day on the North Slope of the Uintahs. We didn't see any elk or hear any bugling.
The weather sucked too. This next weekend doesn't look great for weather either. She is relying on me to find some elk and
I have know idea where to go. She expected to see a lot of elk and hear ton of bugling because she has watched some hunting shows.
This is her first hunt she's been on and I'd love her just to see some elk. I am afraid that she won't have a
strong desire to hunt if she doesn't see anything. She's never seen an elk before.
I had this tag 3 years ago and had no luck.
Any info. on where she could have good chance of seeing some elk would be great.
