Pope and Young Socring Question

I printed off the pope and young score sheet to score my bull. My questions is about the spread. It gives several options such as, tip to tip spread, inside spread of main beams, or greatest spread. In the table where I enter the number it gives me one spot for spread, obviously. I assume that I measure the three different types of spread, as shown in a picture on the paper, and enter the largest spread. Am I correct?

I am pretty sure it is the largest spread measurement from inside the main beams.

Unless your main beams continue to spread farther apart the farther back you go. If that is the case your greatest spread and tip to tip spread are the same and that is what you enter.
