valles caldera - any bulls taken yet????

has anyone taken or know someone who has been succesful this year on the mature bull hunts?

heard from a valle ranger randomly at an auto repair shop, he said a muzzleloader hunter took a 375" tuesday evening from the east side. I also heard of a 365" being taken, not sure if it was ML or bow

Those are both really big for the Valle. Lots and lots of bulls. Typically not much over 350.....

a cousin drew the early archery hunt and took a 366 of the caldera he patterned it and shot it on the 3rd evening. sorry I dont have any pics. nmbighorn

good to hear of some nice bulls being taken. it is a great place to hunt.
