Utah any bull muzz ?

I know this question gets hashed around from time to time but I have albut made the decision that I am done with the general rife elk hunts in Utah for good. I love the old smoke pole and want to do the Muzz any bull units but from what I have seen and heard in the past, it is a very tough hunt because of migration to private and indian grounds. Without the self serving bias, is this a good hunt or should a guy not waste his time?

I have done it the past few years, and while it does help to hunt private land, I have seen plenty of elk that are still up on public. I'm batting 0 for 2 , so I might not be the best source. One thing I did notice was that guys tend to stay on the roads more because of the colder weather. I walked 1 mile in a popular spot and never saw another hunter.
