My boss has asked me to help him fill his spike tag in Oregon Unit 48 in a couple of weeks. He mentioned we would start the hunt about 25 miles ESE of Heppner Oregon in the Blue Mountains. (Morrow County) I'm an Arizona guy and never explored this area. Can anyone provide us tips on how to hunt this unit and where we might put our eyes, (and my boss's cross-hairs) on a spike RME?
