Utah Draw question

Lets say you draw a tag and the CC is declined. Do they contact you to let you know this has happened? and allow you to change the CC info? or are you SOL?

I think they try to contact you for payment. But then, I've never actually drawn a permit without money to back up my application.

I think they call you 3 times over a week to inform you. It's a problem I wouldn't mind having.

Yeah my credit card is about to rip in half, been hoping it holds together for another month so I don't have to get a new one before the draws.
