bear river idaho elk?

I have the bear river cow tag and limited time to hunt. Does anyone have an idea where some cows are hanging out? If I had more time I would find them on my own, however I am extremely limited in time and thus am seeking assistance from you guys out there.

Is that the units on the east or west side of Bear Lake Valley.
I have relatives hunting on both sides and no one is haveing any luck.

been snow for a couple days up on the mountain. Skinner canyon was a bust I helped cover it two saturdays ago maybe try further south paris canyon etc. Good Luck
