Trump can fire Comey, last I checked every president has that ability. It will be on the political side where Trump's actions come home to roost. He is making everything harder in the Senate for any of his agenda to get through. So tie up the congress with investigating things and it grinds to a complete halt. Nobody ever said he was a smart politician who understood the how things work, his deal making hasn't been much to brag about either.

Be specific on the reasons Comey was canned. The White House has more narratives about the reason then Hillary had about Benghazi.

If you believe the Swamp in DC is made of men like Jim Comey you are a nut job and half. Jim Comey has more ethics in his pinky then Trump has in the entire family, including Ivanka. Comey made a name for himself and his ethics under the Bush Administration when he refused to go along with the program as acting AG.

Now Trump has every authority and power to fire him, even Comey has said that. The challenge is that they have yet to settle on the real reason he was canned. Which makes it look more and more like it was politically motivated by Team Trump due to Comey getting too close to the goods on Russia. Now that may not ever be proven but in politics optics matter and so does timing. The firing of Comey, right when Trump had the smallest of victories in Congress, is a self inflicted wound.

Trump says he was going to fire Comey all along so then why didn't he? Although in his defense, there was never going to be a good "time" to fire Comey. If he had fired him on Jan. 21, Democrats would have still screamed that he was fired because of the Russia thing so to me the timing would seem a little suspect if we knew the truth about Comey's request for more resources.

I tend to agree that Comey needed to be fired. I was pretty disappointed when Comey went on national TV and essentially laid out Hillary's felonious actions but then said there was no intent so no need to prosecute. I'm sorry, but if I hit the bar and get plastered, then drive my car and get in a wreck and kill someone, I have committed a felony but I did not intend to do so. Should I get a free pass too?

I was pretty disappointed with the outcome of the IRS scandal, the fact that the FBI missed the boat on many of our recent terrorist attacks and the immunity deals made to witnesses.

It will be interesting to see what happens over the course of the next few months. Either Trump is an idiot or a genius. We shall see.

"At the federal level, Article II of the United States Constitution states in Section 4 that "The President, Vice President, and all civil Officers of the United States shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other High Crimes and Misdemeanors."

If enough evidence of a crime existed and the House impeached Dear Leader it would then go to the Senate. If he were found guilty by the Senate he could be removed from office. On the other hand if he were acquitted in the Senate he would continue to hold office like Clinton.

Now, let's get back to talking about what a douche Chit Stain is and how his supporters love beer bonging the flow back.
