"Townhall is an American politically conservative website and print magazine. Previously published by the Heritage Foundation. The website also publishes news articles from the Associated Press. Townhall has a right wing bias through story selection and sensational wording of headlines. However, they do tend to source their news content well. Opinion pieces have a very strong right wing bias."
Why should this op-ed be any different than any other Townhall op-ed?
Townhall is the offspring of an institution I at one time revered, The Heritage Foundation currently aka Mercer's Faux Conservative Foundation. Like the Tea Party that got jacked by Army & Co. the Heritage Foundation got jacked when DeMint took the healm, it is now a hack soapbox.

"Today, prominent Republicans publicly worry they're becoming the "stupid party." In its prime, Heritage rose to rival the power and capacity of the liberal academic establishment, giving conservatives a reputation as serious thinkers. ?There was a time when leftist intellectuals dismissed conservatives as the party without intellect. Heritage undid that,? Edwards said. ?The Republican Party for a while had the high ground. Everyone said that's where the ideas are, that's where the intellectual ferment is. When your intellectual ferment is nothing more than a political platform, that [reputation] is undercut. That hurts the conservative movement in general.?
(Before the election article is from 2013) Basically ideas count, not partisan fluff, ya know true conservative values, be the party of better ideas stuff.
Too bad it wasn't Kasich & Bernie, I think either could have reduced the white gas of partisanship. This also feeds right into the hands of the Kremlin as the promotion of division creates chaos.
