Nice taxidermy job.

Is that 3 Ostriches? Looks like two of them have their heads in the sand, as usual.:)

>Do you eat ostrich?

yes you do. I had it in Peru. they call it the kings meat. It tastes just like beef but doesn't have all the fat. it tastes great!

nice boots?

Archery is a year round commitment!!

you killed that so you can have chit kickers?
seems like a a lot of dough to go bird (birds that can only run)hunting....I saw a video of a guy who crip one and it ran 3 miles... tough bird..I never want to hunt one (good table fair).
to each his own!

Legal to hunt in Africa for sure. rackmaster, they are one of the toughest animals I hunted. Wary as hell and can see extremely well. Their head sticks out over the top of the brush and they are very cautious. This one lurked in the brush for almost an hour before coming in to water. They are excellent eating too. We had a stew and kabobs made out of the meat while we were there. Both were fantastic.

Also, have you seen what a nice (Luchesse or Tony Lama) high end pair of ostrich boots costs? They aint cheap to even buy at a store and these mean a lot more to me.

CAelknuts, search down in the archery forum from last year in about mid august. I posted a full report of all the other animals.

They were made by Loveless Custom Boots in OKC. Not cheap but their attention to detail and craftsmanship is incredible.
