wyoming draw ?????/

i drew a tag last year, so i dont have any points. the question is since im in the 25% random pool ,is it like sheep where they dont give any tags out in the random draw if there are less than 4 tags? the unit i drew last year has only 2 non. res. special tags. does that mean no random tags for that unit? thanks Larry

Should be just like the sheep. If I remeber correctly, you had an area around Rock Springs. I had unit 100 last year, and without preference points, am now 30 years behind in the special draw and a century behind in the regular draw. These desert units are now statistically a once-in-a-lifetime event. I won't apply again because of improbability of me ever getting another permit. I count my blessings to have hunted it, though. Best of luck to you in the 2007 draws.

thats what i was thinking, but if i had a slight chance even 1 in a couple hundred ,i might through my name in the hat. but if its impossible then ill go to another plan
