LAST EDITED ON Sep-11-17 AT 04:10PM (MST)[p]Trump added over $317 Billion to our debt in one day. What's up with that?

I heard tell from the Trumpteers that he was actually not racking up new debt, what gives?

Look at the bright side, it would have been

$317,586,836,306.88 if not for all those spending cuts he campaigned for.

LAST EDITED ON Sep-11-17 AT 06:16PM (MST)[p]Just as I though the fakers don't give a crap about debt nor can they explain a $317 billion jump in our debt in a single day.

We are on the way to paying it off now. Couple more tax cuts and we will have the thing whipped. We never have to deal with what we spend.

The baby boomers motto, "Cut taxes, print money, screw our grand children and let the good times roll". It really is too bad you won't be around when the bill comes due and your prodigy have to live like slaves, maybe that is why the fakers are opposed to educating the next generation too.

You tell a lie often enough and you start to believe it's the truth. I never ever have said debt wasn't a problem. The talking Yam is the one who said he would eliminate the debt, not me.

https://www.bloomberg.com/news/arti...ional-debt-in-eight-years-good-luck-with-that

He was full of it then and the Trumpettes who pretend to be conservatives, now have to continue to support the human tanning bed, their excuse is , "well Obama sucked and he racked up debt". Yes that is true but that doesn't mean you should give a free pass to your guy and just lay down when he adds to our massive and growing debt unless you only give a $hyt about the debt when there is a liberal in the White House.

Be specific on what you mean, then I can show you what that you are talking about something you are clueless about.

How about explaining why there was all the hype that Trump claimed he was reducing the debt?

trumpism_zpsygqeeit8.jpg

The fake news was right, again, that Trump was full of it. If the first year is Obama's then why is Trump saying it's all him?

Can you show me where in the next budget there is a cut in spending? Every dollar of proposed cuts are spent on increased Pentagon spending. So the overall affect is going to be increased debt.

Or are you fakers just throwing in the towel on smaller government, personal responsibility, fiscal discipline and sound monetary policy? That is where you are being led by the guy you all voted for. His deals will all be made on the left side of the Aisle and they won't reflect the Conservative ideals of governing because the Democrats will be helping drive the train.

You voted for him and said that one Supreme Court Justice was enough to count him as a success. Now that he has done that and now he is throwing you under the bus and getting behind the liberal agenda and is going to make more deals with Democrats. Are the Democrat priorities now the best ideas for the country?

Obama's carry over?

Will you bet me the debt is less one year from today? there will be no need to raise the debt ceiling . no need to add more debt. the spook is gone now we pay it off. is that right?

I bet you $10,000 that your BLM your Liberal buddies and your Obama subsidized health care recipents your college students don't pay off that 10 trillion Obama debt....how about it?

DW,

I think the debt on January 20, 2017 was right at $19.8 Trillion. It stood at that level for months as the Trump administration burned through $280 billion of cash reserves and juggled the books to make the statutory limit appear to have not been reached. Our debt stood at $19.844 Trillion from June 30, 2017 to September 7, 2017. The day that the Trump signed bill to increase the debt limit was put into effect our debt suddenly went up $317 Billion in a single day. How exactly is that Obama's fault? How did the Obama force the talking Yam to sign such a bill? That Obama is one tricky guy.

Maybe to the fakers $317 Billion is no big deal. That is what Elkass tell me, "it's just paper". Like that makes it okay for the Republicans to spend and borrow because the Democrats would have any way. Some excuse must be better than none.

I know reading is hard, It was the guy who conned you into voting for him who said he would pay off the debt, not me. I will bet you that those college educated kids I raised will pay more in taxes then you ever paid over your life time and they cant' take with both hands like you do. Unlike you I don't get a monthly government paid check and your socialized medical plan. I got to pay my own way.

I know it is hard to understand but there is a little bit of history here. So let's do this, why not man up and place a wager instead of being just another lying fake conservative orange schlong sucker? I know that is your only talent but you should expand your bag of tricks. Try, just once in your life, to be a man who stands for something rather than just taking it bent over.

I see you can lie and make up shyt but can't handle it. Let's bet on the debt that is what the thread is about. You said I was a pessimist. If you had any balls you would show your optimism by making a bet about the guy who conned you. Why are you willing to stand behind the floppy haired cartoon character?

Is he going to pay off the debt or is like everything else he promised you and your easily fooled friends, complete and total BS?

Unlike you I never supported any president increasing our debt, regardless of party I said it was stupid, bad for the country, selling our soul to China. Unlike you I care about my children regardless of which party controls the White House. At some point you fakers need to find your core values or admit you are just as useful as Antifa.

Well, I'm still looking for that true Conservative who will reduce the debt. Hell, at this point, I'd be happy with not increasing the debt.

Trump said he would cut wasteful spending and increase income by growing the economy. I knew that was a long shot....although I believe in the possibility, people aren't willing to do it. The millennials don't even have it in their DNA. A few years of getting subsidies under Obamacare has pulled all the work incentive out of them. From cradle to grave is the new mantra.

I fear the 49er Gold Rush is over for America.

Now you can add so little value to anything that you are +1000 your own posts? Must suck to never add value to anything in your entire life. #sad#264isauselesltrumpette#faker

Total and complete bs right there. Millennials get far less per household vs. those in the boomer generation. They don't want a free ride, they want a fair chance. Instead the boomers will use it all up and then borrow more on the backs of the Millennials. Having been around Millennials I can say that how they are thought of by the Locust Generation of Boomers is completely inaccurate and unfair.

Can you show me what wasteful spending Trump has cut?

#livelikezac

What you don't understand is that just because there are unfilled positions doesn't mean that those agencies don't spend the money anyway. Do you know how the budget process works? I suspect Trump is clueless as well.

Give me a dollar amount that he has cut? If these cuts are taking place then why is there just a dire need to increase the debt ceiling now and again at Christmas time?

Yes congress controls the purse strings and the President just made a deal with congress to up our debt and spend more money. Seems like he can get a deal done as long as it keeps the status quo. He can't do any deals when it counts.

264,

I don't recall you being man enough to make a bet on Trump even in the 2016 election. So for you it went like all of life goes for you, it just passed you by. I paid up my bets, if he continues to work on the liberal agenda and making deals on the left side of aisle Trump could win again in 2020. It will be sweet justice to see the fake conservatives again fooled by the guy they claim was their great white hope moving further left and getting more Democrats elected in 2018.

What good is a Republican controlled congress if the Manhattan liberal and Chuck & Nancy can make deals on legislation?

You think there is any difference at all between a balanced budget and claiming to be able to pay off the national debt I 8 years?

The forum is a joke with the Trumpteers faking it. Do you describe yourself as a trump #### sucker?

You used to be about the only sane voice out there who even tried to have a principled debate of the issues. There is no chance of that given that the phony conservatives have sold their souls to Trump, he ain't no conservative and never has been. He is an opportunist and a poor one at that.

Care to take a stab as to why our debt went up $317 Billion in one day and all the self described conservatives on here cheered for Trump? I'll give you a hint they are as phony as Trump when it comes to core conservative values.

If Kasich claimed he would balance the budget then he at least had an outside shot of doing it. For Trump to spend $2.3 Trillion a year paying down the debt isn't even in the realm of what guys like Manny believe.

Nemont, I still am a sane voice in this forum when I can stand it. I'm not a Trump supporter or a Trumpeteer as you like to call it and honestly I think Trump is pretty worthless so far as a POTUS but I just don't get the TDS.

Are you so na?ve that you think there is really politicians out there that run a campaign based on what they expect to actually accomplish? Could someone like Kasich go on national TV and say, "It is impossible to pay off the national debt in 8 years but if you vote for me I'll surely try." and expect to win? Hell no.

So what it boils down to is that ALL politicians either embellish their campaign promises to appeal to the masses so they can win or they avoid the conversation altogether. The ones that don't promise the world to their base end up losing. This is exactly what Trump did, only he promised the world to people and he's a pretty wealthy guy so people believed that if he could accomplish even half of what he claims, life will be good.

Most importantly, he beat everyone because he lied the best. Remember that. Not that he lied, but remember that he lied the best because they all lie, even Kasich. So many people get hung up on thinking that one man can so dramatically change their lives when in reality Congress has the purse strings. People need to put more stock into voting the right Senators and Representatives into Congress and not get hung up so much on the POTUS.

I still like to think that I'm a voice of sanity here. I'm not a Trumpeteer but I think that he hasn't been given a fair shake by the media and the never Trumpers. I think the odds are that his presidency turns out to be kind of a shyt show but I'm still willing to wait and see.

Fair enough but I got news for you, it is already a shyt show. How long is long enough to wait before you call it a shyt show?

I also don't think that TDS is the explanation for being opposed to Trump. I don't believe any politician including Kasich can make good on their campaign promises. That isn't the reason I don't give Trump support or the reason I couldn't bring myself to vote for him. I have never believed Donald Trump was up to the job, I also don't believe Hillary would have been either. They both sucked and I am tired of having to select which candidate sucks less, if they both suck then I am not voting for them. I am over the lesser of two evils thing.

Trump, I believe, has shown he isn't up to the job. Your mileage may vary.

Nemont

Sounds like we're on the same page here then since I didn't vote for him either. I'm still waiting for the verdict on the Russia thing before I call it a shyt show. It's possible that Trump has been a little hamstrung with all the negative press so if it turns out to be a bunch of bullshit maybe he will be in a better position to negotiate some deals.
