Looking for a NM archery elk landowner tag as a backup incase we don't draw anything in September. Would like to find someone to allow us to put a deposit down on the tag and then roll it over to next year instead if we draw.

Interested in 15, any of the 16's or 34. Any suggestions for other areas would be appreciated too. Have stock so accessibility or lack of would be one of our considerations.

When will you find out about the draw. I've got landowner tags for sale in unit 6 NM. Would you be interested in just the tags or a package hunt. This is for 07.

pmtz, just curious , but do you own land or are assured tags for land , as we haven't even found out how many tags we will be getting nor has our nieghbor.Units 4 and 9.
The draw will be done in June.

I've had a few meetings with the department in reguards to landowner tags. In unit 6C more than likely tags will be cut, 6A pretty much stays the same. A good rule of thumb is # of tags last year reflects close to what you'll get this year, UNLESS big time changes have taken place on your unit. What unit are you guys in.

Ours is unit 4 and my neighbors land is unit 9. Elk are still in our land and G&F hasn't even gone in with an adjuster nor in unit 9.

I konw its hard to get them in the field. The best thing is to keep after your local conservation officer there're busy. If the game is on the property it usually makes the adjustments to the property much easier. The proof is there. Do you guys outfitt on private land.
