What Az. Unit Appl.?

Well we got the Utah what did ya apply for going so how about Az...

I drew last year bow bull but modified a little this year's unit with 11M 2nd hunt.....

Anyone ever hunt those 22--23 unit late bow elk hunts?

NR 23S and 3AC archery 11 points

I was thinking 9 and 10 might be too dry.

Todd,

I hope all the Rs and NRs with 11 pts followed your lead and stayed away from 9. I am also a NR with 11 pts and I stayed with 9 Archery. I too worry about dry conditions, but I know the unit very well and really don't know the other units at all.

I will be praying, doing a raindance,working on my Karma and anything else I can think of to influence the rains in March and April.

I hope I didn't make a mistake. It would be a shame to apply for 10+ years and then pick a poor unit. I really don't know any of these units. I hunted 27 before and that was a great hunt. Came home empty handed, but still great. However I did not find any huge bulls. Lots of 330 class bulls. Great calling.

i went with 19-a bow 2nd 16-a bow. 2 points anyone ever hunt those units?

Elk point this year thinking I might draw Utah elk and the more I think about it the more I kick myself.

Units 9 & 10 archery bull with 9 points.

I know the odds of drawing are astronomical, but I'm taking the family to Africa in August, and look at it as a great year to just get points, BUT, if I draw I'll have a doozy of a hunt to go on.

Prongalopes, unit 18A muzzy and unit 10 rifle with 14 points. Same rationale.
