Went out coyote hunting this weekend. Used the jackrabbit distress for a while nothing came. Tried a deer distress, split the difference between doe and fawn on the reed because thats about where the young 'uns are. After the third calling series my buddy on the other side of the tree whispers watch your left. I wait for the coyote and nothing. I call again and hear stomping. I peek around the tree and not 30 yards away on the DOWN WIND side is a herd of 7 does. So those does absolutely scented us and came in aways. My buddy said they hung up when they caught wind of us but when I called they came on in anyways. Not the results we were after but it was very cool and a learning experience. We forgot the camera but that wont happen again.
