I'm thinking about applying for the Zunis next fall. Doesn't look good on odds. I was wondering if anyone had hunted there in the last few years and what the quality/quantity might be in 2004. Any help is greatly appreciated. Jim
i hunted there 2 years ago, didnt fill my tag. saw alot of does. there is alot of private land around there that holds some big bucks. i have heard that around ft.wingate would be your best bet. i was told that after my hunt of course.
Thanks for the heads up. I do know a rancher that might let me pay a daily access fee. I saw three nice bucks on his ranch 2 years age. The biggest looked like he'd do around 180. I talked to a guide over there and he said there are some nice bucks if you know where to look.
