Just wondering if the storm made it out towards Utah and Colo, yet, lots of moisture, dumped allot rain and flooded the rivers and creeks here, hope the deer can hang a little longer after this dumping...

Not a drop in Palisade, Co 38 miles from the Utah Border.
So far this winter we are about average in precipitation. The deer are wintering well so far. What happens in the the next 6 weeks will make or break us.

Not chit in Utah County. its been a good winter, need alot more just like it to kill are drought.

LAST EDITED ON Feb-19-04 AT 09:59AM (MST)[p]Since the end of December the snow has been deeper and temperatures have been colder than average in Eastern Idaho. On Tuesday it warmed up with a snow/rain mix over the last few days. The weatherman said there has been rain as high has 7000'. Many south facing slopes have lost most of their snow in the last couple of days. At this point the winter could turn out either really good or really bad for the deer. I just hope that we don't a cold front that causes the snow to get a hard crust on it.

It is raining and snowing right now in Colorado Springs. We need the water, my yard is starting to get brown.
